What we make
No-bake, air-set sand casting in iron, steel and aluminium, cast close to final shape.
4- and 5-axis milling of metals, aluminium and tooling board.
Moulds and patterns cut from PU and epoxy board; carbon, glass and kevlar parts for aerospace and defence.
3D part design, DFM review, and in-house patterns and moulds.
Stress relief and treatment to 1,000 °C, shot blasting and surface finishing.
Spectrometer-verified material checks and dimensional inspection.

The foundry and machine shop are in the same building. We quote the whole job, from raw material to finished part.
We specialise in low-volume and prototype work. No minimum order, from one part to a thousand. Prototypes are cast and machined the same way as production parts.
